Hello I have a grouped product here:

my issue is that i have a lot of single product to add, three questions:
1. How can I make images to show next to the single products
2.If i can make images show, can i make it a link or make it pop up so the image is bigger?
3. Is there a plugin for question 1?
Any help would be appreciated.
