Problems with credit card payments on Woocommerce

Hi,

I tried setting up the Woocommerce plugin for both credit card and GrabPay. When my customers checkout using credit card, they keep getting the error: [Processing Payment] No payment intent ID found. Similarly, when they pay via Grabpay, it says
Organization with id org_<removed for privacy> is not allowed to process grab_pay payments.

Can you please help?
