Hello, firstly- thank you for a fantastic plugin, well done!

Secondly, I’m attempting to get VAT working and as I sell primarily Ebooks, need to use a different set of rates. Is there a way to automatically import this? I see the “reduced rate” option but will the system automatically know what these reduced rates (based on ebooks) are?
