“Joining meeting timeout” error when joining meeting

I used the shortcode to embed the meeting client in a page using this string:

[zoom_join_via_browser meeting_id=”xxxxxx” login_required=”no” help=”no”  height=”500px” disable_countdown=”yes”]

The meeting started OK and users were able to Join, but after around 1 hour no more users were able to Join through that web page. They got error “Joining meeting timeout”. I have a Zoom PRO account.

Can you please let me know how to avoid that? Thanks a lot.
