Add a 3rd level child subpage

Hi

I am working on a project that requires 3 levels.

Category > Group > Task

A user will mark each task in a group as complete which will mark its group as complete.
When all groups are complete it will mark its category as complete.
Is there a way to add a 3rd level child function in? Currently the plugin can only do 2 (parent and child)
