Cron Issues

So my host (A2) suggested I disable to WP cron and create one in my cpanel following these stpes.

It seems to be working with everything but wpvivid. I get this error.

“In order to execute the scheduled backups properly, please set the DISABLE_WP_CRON constant to false.”

Does this mean is will not run a schedule backup now?
