Redirect not triggering properly

@nicolamustone I’m getting an order confirmation still when I checkout:

If I refresh the page though I get my redirection (http://www.screencast.com/t/hQeNE0QbS7). Is there something getting in the way of redirecting, that’s making it go to the default instead of triggering your plugin?
