Unable to add image to new post/page

Hello there,

I have some issues adding media using the “Add Media” function when creating a new page/post.

The media selected will not display on the editor. I noticed the following error in Chrome inspector:
POST http://stss.org.sg/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php/load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.7.4:4 404 NOT FOUND
