How to setup “Add Amount” field?

Hi,

I am trying to add an option on the checkout page to add a gift box with an additional cost. I can’t find any documentation on how to do this.

At the moment I have a Select Options field created. I have ticked the Add Amount box, and added the amount name and cost on the Add Amount screen. The new field displays correctly on the Checkout, but when yes is selected the additional fee for the gift box is not added to the cart total.

I would really love some help!
