Hiding Time only from Estimated Delivery Date Output?

I’m shipping via UPS on my client’s site using PluginHive’s UPS Shipping Plugin with Print Label for WooCommerce. I’m using its estimated delivery date feature which I know is calculated directly from from UPS’ API – which outputs on a line of its own in the Cart and Checkout pages as:
“Est delivery: May 14, 2019 11:00 pm”

Is there any way to hide/remove the TIME portion of that output only? So the “11:00 pm” would just be hidden and it would just say “Est delivery: May 14, 2019” on the cart and checkout.
