and then when I tried settings, it doesn’t show up even if activated

Can you please help me? Newbie here, I must be doing something wrong but I just started my WP then went to look for coming soon themes, then found this. While I’m on a default theme in WP, I just installed this from WP plugins selection then I went directly to the settings and found this activated anyway but not showing up. Will appreciate your help. Thanks!
