So far I have tested several plugins and this is by far the best free plugin for User Registration in WordPress. Why I believe this:
– This is the only one free that allows Social Login / Register
– Social login doesn’t use wp-login.php for Callback URL which allows to work perfectly fine with HttpAuthBasicModule (protected wp-login.php) and hidden wp-login.php
– It creates all pages needed for a basic Membership site
