Programmatically clear cache

I’m upgrading 100’s of WordPress sites from 4.x to 5.x. All of these sites use WP Fastest Cache. I need a programatic way to clear the cache on these sites. Is there a way to trigger a clear outside of the admin UI (either wp-settings or wp-cli)?
