Media disappear when I activate WooCommerce (with non-standart upload folder)

Hello,

After finding that this topic about a WordPress user that lost Media content when updating WordPress has no reply, I’m posting here to see if anyone has a solution.

I’ve select a propper non-standart folder on wp-config.php with the fowlling code:

define( ‘UPLOADS’, ”.’folder-here’ );

And I tested the exact same scenario on another instalation without a non-standart uploads folder and it worked without any issues.

Could anyone point me to the right direction on fixing this issue?
